What is SAIOP?
Community Intervention & Educational Services (The COOL Program) provides a licensed Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) designed for individuals who require more support than traditional outpatient counseling while continuing to work, attend school, and care for their families.
Our individualized treatment plans promote long-term recovery through evidence-based clinical services, accountability, and community support.

Who Can Benefit?
Our SAIOP is appropriate for individuals who:
- Have a substance use disorder
- Need intensive outpatient treatment
- Are stepping down from a higher level of care
- Need structured recovery support
- Have been referred by courts, probation, attorneys, physicians, employers, DSS, or other agencies
- Are seeking treatment voluntarily
